Christian Fanning Eastern Washington Football: His Charitable Work

Christian Fanning of Eastern Washington Football knows that he has abilities many don’t have, and that he is very fortunate to be a gifted young athlete. Christian Fanning of Eastern Washington Football is a kicker who is currently playing in the EWU football program, in Cheney, Washington.

Christian Fanning of Eastern Washington Football has never taken his good fortune for granted. He has been active in community service since his days as a middle school student in his hometown of San Diego, California, when he first got involved in Teen Volunteers in Action. Teen Volunteers in Action, or TVIA, is a San Diego Philanthropy Organization for teen boys in grades seven through twelve. The purpose of TVIA is exclusively educational and charitable. Christian Fanning of Eastern Washington Football has volunteered 120 hours of his time to TVIA, in such worthy activities as serving the homeless, distributing and sorting food at local food banks, working with physically and emotionally handicapped people, participating in neighborhood, beach, and park cleanups, and working with foster care youth, refugees, and seniors. From 8th through 12th grade, Christian Fanning of Eastern Washington Football was also involved in TVIA’s Leadership Council.

Christian Fanning of Eastern Washington Football has also volunteered his time to the Corazon de Vida Foundation in Mexico. He has worked at an orphanage, bringing needed supplies to the residents and entertaining the children, and has participated in “building a home in a day” for a needy, homeless family.

When he isn’t honing his skills as a place kicker, Christian Fanning of Eastern Washington Football studies Fitness and Sports Medicine.
